Riya never believed in ghosts until the day she brought home an old handmade doll from a flea market. The shopkeeper had warned her not to take it, saying it once belonged to a girl who mysteriously disappeared. But Riya ignored the warning—until the first night.
At midnight, she heard soft footsteps in her room. When she opened her eyes, the doll, which she had kept on the shelf, was now sitting on her study table, facing her. Riya thought she was imagining things and placed it back.
The next night, the sound returned—this time louder. She woke up to find the doll lying right beside her pillow. Terrified, she threw it away in the storeroom. But the following morning, it was back on her bed.
Strange things began happening. Lights flickered, doors slammed, and whispers echoed through the room. Riya felt as if someone was watching her constantly. One evening, she found a chilling message written on the mirror: “She is back.”
Shocked, she researched the doll’s past and learned it carried the spirit of the missing girl, seeking revenge and a new host.
