Late one stormy night, a young traveler named Arjun waited at a forgotten railway station — Station No. 76. The signboard was rusted, the lamps flickered, and the air felt heavy with silence.
Locals had warned him never to board the midnight train, but he laughed it off as superstition.
At exactly 12:15 AM, a train screeched to a halt. Its compartments were old, covered in dust, yet inside sat passengers with pale faces and hollow eyes. Without thinking, Arjun stepped in. The door shut behind
him with a loud thud. No one spoke. Only the haunting sound of wheels echoed through the darkness.
As the train moved, the world outside vanished — replaced by shadows and whispers. Arjun’s reflection in the window began to fade until it disappeared completely. Suddenly, the train stopped again at Station No. 76 — but this time, no one was there.
The next morning, villagers found his bag on the bench, but Arjun was never seen again. Some say his spirit now rides the ghostly train, waiting for the next passenger who dares to board.
They say, if you ever hear a whistle at midnight near Station No. 76... don’t look ba
ck. 🚂👻
